Obtain Visa for Cayman Islands

The Cayman Islands visa requirements differ according to nationality and the purpose of the stay and they are not required for all those who intent to enter the jurisdiction. Nationals from countries that are subject to visa requirements will not be asked to obtain this document in certain situations (such as when holding a work permit) and only in those cases in which the traveler is not a prohibited immigrant.

The visa for Cayman Islands is applied for with the nearest British Embassy or Consulate that has a visa section. The overall processing time depends on where the application is submitted and, in general, submissions with a UK Overseas Mission are subject to a longer processing duration.

Investors who are interested in Cayman Islands company formation may require a business visitor visa or another type of document that corresponds to the purpose of the stay. Our team details the main Cayman Islands visa requirements in this article, however, for detailed information on the visas and permits, as well as assistance for application, interested individuals are free to reach out to our agents.
